About Me
Hi, I’m Bea.
Get back to doing what you love - without pain.
At Bea Aligned, I provide sports massage and remedial massage in Bow, East London, helping people move away from pain, restriction, and injury towards a more balanced, efficient, and pain-free body. My aim is simple: to help you move better, recover faster, and feel more at home in your body again - whether that’s in sport, training, or everyday life.
I’m based in Bow (E3) and work with clients seeking sports and remedial massage in East London to support performance, injury recovery, and long-term movement health.
My passion for movement comes from lived experience. I’ve been deeply involved in sport for years, competing in Ultimate Frisbee at Great Britain level, completing multiple half Ironmans, enjoying CrossFit, and taking on numerous marathons, ultramarathons, and even a 5-day 250km ultramarathon. That background gives me a strong understanding of the physical demands behind both performance and injury - not just physically, but mentally too.
This means I don’t just treat symptoms - I understand the training load, mindset, and biomechanics behind them.
Alongside athletes and active individuals, I also work with people experiencing office-related tension, postnatal discomfort, and everyday muscular pain or niggles. Whether your goal is recovery, stress relief, or improved mobility, every treatment is adapted to your needs.
Each session is fully tailored. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I combine sports massage, deep tissue massage, and remedial massage techniques, guided by your biomechanics, injury history, and current presentation. This allows me to address the root cause of discomfort, support effective and long-lasting recovery, and improve overall movement quality.
I offer sports massage and remedial massage therapy across East London, including Mile End, Bow, Poplar, Stratford, Canary Wharf, Hackney Wick, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, and surrounding areas.
My focus is always long-term: helping you reduce pain, prevent recurring injury, and build a stronger, more resilient body - so you can get back to doing what you love with confidence.
If you’re ready to feel better in your body and move without pain, you can book your initial consultation today and take the first step towards recovery and performance.
